Depends on how cheap you are looking and what kind of furniture/decor. Do you have a Big Lots in your area? They have decent prices for everyday furniture, but beware the quality. Are you in the midwest at all, (NE, KS, MO, IA?) Nebraska Furniture mart always has a huge selection of "scratch & dent" at blow out prices, we get a lot of stuff from them. Or, you can scan the garage sales in the fancy neighborhoods in your town. Rich people are always getting rid of their nice stuff for steals. Target is also good, and they have decent quality furniture and cute trendy decor stuff. So does Walmart, they have dirt cheap prices. And Hobby Lobby, they have decor stuff as well. Or even Craigslist, people sell stuff they no longer need and it’s usually inexpensive, just look for things that are "gently used" and ask to see it without obligation to buy.
Good luck!
Target, Ikea, Kmart, Walmart
