Use things you have..got a great bowl you love? then put in some fruit…now you have a centre piece..or a nice plate with some potpourri in it (you can buy colour coordinated from a local dollar store), flowers in bottles, glasses, or vases. A large glass vase with Christmas balls in it and some coordinating ribbon is great for the holiday season…gourds/squash come in all sizes and colours great in a dish/bowl/basket for Thanksgiving…lots of cheap ways..look around and see what you already have in your home. Sometimes just changing around some knick knacks will put a whole different look to your decor.

I don’t know if you have a Hobbly Lobby where you live, but if you do, they have things half price every other week. They have some awesome metalware pictures, I am redecorating my room in a travel thme and I got them for 5 bucks, of new york and rome, it looks like a postcard! they also have tons of holiday stuff, and candles, just about anything you can imagine. Or try Big Lots, they can sometimes have good stuff there. But try Hobbly Lobby first! Hope this helps!
