What type of family activities does your family do?

Under Family Category: Family Parenting

I ask this since me as well as my father as well as dual young kids adore to go out as well as have family days, only do anything from starting to the park, have the picnic, go to the thesis park, shopping, or only devise good games as well as things during home. we frequency see to most family groups together around here starting out as well as carrying fun with their associate as well as their kids.

I agree and it’s a shame.

We do all sorts of things……..we take a LOT of ROADTRIPS and have been to over 22 states, it’s pretty cool, our kids LOVE going to different states. You can do 4 day weekends up to 10 day trips.

Get a map and make it your goal to visit EVERY SINGLE STATE (save Hawaii for the last one) between now and when your youngest graduates high school. I met someone on a plane to Hawaii that did just that and that was their final destination, pretty cool. So we started it too.

As for just regular stuff…..we started playing boardgames, good ole fashioned boardgames and card games. We go outside and play or inside.

Take a walk EVERY night as a family and let the kids bike or ride skateboards.

THESE are the things they remember, make traditions for them.

My kids are teen’s now and they ask what the NEXT ROADTRIP is all the time :)

OH and if you start this when your kids are young, it won’t be a big deal with their are teens to ‘hang out’ with mom and dad.

Have fun!
