if your family is into Dr.Seuss then the kids could be thing 1 and thing 2 ~ the dad could be the cat in the hat and idk u could be the mom… in the story– hope this helps

A deck of cards; pb and J sandwich; bags of popcorn( we did this and used real popcorn hot glued to an old beach style hat)
