Under Family Category: Family Parenting

I’m starting out to eat during an Italian grill with my most appropriate friend’s italian family. What do we sequence to not demeanour cheap, though additionally not to one-up anyone. Also, her family is profitable so we need to sequence something somewhat grand though not over do it.

Help is severely appreciated.

My wife loves Chicken Marsala made with cream sauce.

With some type of pasta ,fettucinni with alfredo sauce, cooked al-dente.

I think if you are going to an Italian restaurant with an Italian family my guess is they probably know the owner of the restaurant or at least have been there before. I would ask what they would suggest. If you have a preference to chicken over other types of meat tell them that but other than that I would take their suggestion. It is possible that where you are going will have a "special" dish and that might be the thing to order.
Enjoy yourself, don’t over think your meal. Just have a good time.

Order whatever italian food you like. Or just order lasagna – it’s always good in a real italian restaurant, or order spaghetti with meatballs. Order whatever you like and don’t worry about ordering something ‘classy’, just act classy. Thank the waiter when he brings you something, put your napkin on your lap and don’t talk with your mouth full. Have somthing interesting to talk about to the parents – maube ask them if they have noticed global warming. That is much classier than what it is that you order.

Make sure to thank your host and send a thank you card after.

Find out the name of the restaurant. Then search them on line to see if they have a website. Go from their. The website should say what they offer.

Spaghetti with something other than meat balls or meat sauce, depending on your preferences — relatively inexpensive and just different enough!

There are so many good things to eat at Italian restaurants. Have you ever had calamari? It’s a classic Italian dish, and if you order it, I am sure your friend’s family will be impressed. For the most part, Italian dishes aren’t crazy pricey. I would order beef carpaccio and a good seafood pasta.

Order a cheaper version of whatever you heard someone else at your table order, so as not to be a burden, price wise. For instance, if you heard your friend order a drink, lasagna, and a slice of pie, you order a glass of tap water an lasagna and no dessert. That is the polite way to not overstay your welcome. Relax and enjoy!!
