I am the administrator during the family grill as well as am usually removing .50 an hour, we am only wondering either we am being underneath paid. we live in Ontario, Canada.

You don’t say how much experience you have. You also don’t say how many hours you work. Here if I was to hire a family member as a supervisor. I would paid them a salary, but I would expect 44 to 48 hours a week and that would include week ends.
