i have a family of 4, i usually spend 100 a week on groc this is including cleaning products and everyday things. i shop at wall-mart for really everything except for meat & produce. we have a few places where i live that i buy produce & i go to meat market "much cheaper" some $$$ stores are actually more costly to shop there then a normal groc store. actually a family of 5 including the pooch :) cant forget about him. i buy my meat in large quantities " price per lb. is cheaper that way".have a good day
