How can I encourage my family to make healthier choices?

I have not long ago beheld which my family doesn’t do a really great pursuit receiving caring of their bodies. My sister as well as mom adore diet pepsi, they never splash even 2 cups of H2O a day. My father likes wine, though he is never drunk. They do exercise, as well as they have been in great earthy shape. We additionally frequency have veggies includes in a meals, though we conduct to eat carrots for snacks.

How can we inspire my family to be healthier? Just to splash some-more H2O as well as eat healthier?
I can’t "take away" anything! we do not buy groceries, we do not lead a family, we am a youngest in a family, we am only endangered for them!

Take away their diet pepsi, and don’t let them have any. Empty out the wine and replace it with grape juice.
