Team Hoyt – Father of the century

Under Family Category: Father in Family

Video of How do we conclude a father? It’s simple. You take Dick Hoyt’s design in a compendium as well as let a rest of a universe follow his lead. When he was told by doctors to put his son Rick in an institution, he refused. Instead Dick an Rick have outlayed their lifetimes together travelling a universe as well as moving everybody a meet. Father of a century? No subject about it.

that t-shirt that says “#1 dad” can honestly and truly be worn by this father, and it would probably be true!!

Mr Hoyt and Rick Hoyt
WOW. So powerful. I am truly touched and your unconditional love for your each other is awe-inspiring. I love that you Mr, Hoyt, are just doing what you think is important and uplifting for your son.
Rick, you a beautiful soul and you are doing what you want because YOU CAN! I love your effervescence!
Thank you for simply being you – both Dick and Rick Hoyt!!!
We need more people in the world like you, to remind of us of what’s important in life. LOVE, FAMILY, GOD.

Oh my God!I was thinking about this video a few hours ago! I first saw this in a national event 4 months ago and have been wanting to view it in its entirety ever since!!! I wanted to search the interwebs for this specific video file for a certain project but I didn’t know what terms to use! What a coincidence! This showcases the power of a parent’s love for their child. Its priceless! And when love is shared, both the giver and the recipient are blessed.

This puts everything into perspective in life. My father has this love for me and I have this love for my son. Very emotional and inspiring story. What better way to show your son what a Father should be. SELFLESS!!

u r a true hero…I have a son that has disabilities but like u my husband & I also don’t let the disabilities have him…we do everything w/him just like u so sir we commend u 4 also sharing the unconditional love of your child & not letting the medical field alter your judgement & institutionalize your child..like u we give r 4 yr old the normal life. r son is missing his front left lobe of his brain & we were told he would never talk but he is learning slow but he’s doing it…thank u so much

Anytime you feel down and ready to give up, watch this video! Talk about guts! Just to do Iron Mans at age 66 is amazing, let alone having an extra 110 pounds with you. Absolutely incredible.
