Does family have rights to private land once a family member is buried there?

Our family is probating a will as well as a skill is starting to be up for sale. One family part of wants to buy a skill though a counsel says this might be a brawl in between family members as well as would rsther than sale to outward buyers. What rights does a family have in gripping a skill inside of a family?

You write the restrictions in the deed when the property is sold. You include rights of way and maintenance agreements if any are needed. There are some private cemetary CCR’s that pertain to specific situations and counties; the real estate lawyer drawing up the deed will know.,\
Property is sold subject to the rights you create. There is nothing I’ve ever seen that would stop a property from being sold because someone was buried there.
