whats the difference between having a hobby your obsessed with and being addicted?

We all have hobbies. At slightest some. But if you have something you have been meddlesome in, what if you get so spooky with it which it affects a life? Is it a same thing as an addiction? Being "Obsessed with carrying an Obsession" as well as "Being addicted", do they meant a same thing or is there a difference? Sometimes we consternation if it is ok to have a hobby similar to with being in to song as well as video games as well as surfing a Internet or pciking up singular aged games as well as singular aged cds as well as if which can turn addictive?
