How about model railroading? Buy a couple of magazines to see if it interests you. Check out a few museums with dioramas. They all blend together. Some model railroaders started when they were kids. Personally, I’ve found it’s relaxing and the perfect thing to keep me busy all year long.

Dog-walking is a really fun hobby. If you enjoy dogs, take it up.
Coin collecting and stamp collecting are both fun. They do require attention to detail, however. They can be done as inexpensively or grandly as you choose.
Collecting certain varieties of indoor plants (flowers or kitchen herbs, etc) is also popular in some circles.
I guess this will depend on how much you are willing to spend. Since you are 20 you have your whole life ahead of you. I would consider something that will increase in value over time. Coin collecting was one of my favorites a long time ago. I still have a "few" hidden away in case
I ever go broke. With coins you can look almost anywhere, e-bay, flea markets, antique shops.
Just do your homework before you shell out for anything tho. Remember everyone who is selling believes they can get top dollar. Try and haggle them down if you see something you want.
Coin collecting will also make you look at your pocket change when you get it from a cashier.
I’ve found a couple good finds that way.
Good luck!
Coin collecting, or stamps.
If you don’t wanna spend money on collection though they have a great value later on you may try to learn something new.
playing new instruments like guitar, violin or piano.

as far as collections are concerned, you can collect almost ANYTHING, as long as it is interesting to YOU and you enjoy it.
That depends on your interests, mostly.
There are all kinds of things to collect such as coins, "trading" cards, stamps, etc.
There are also things to do such as target shooting, (personal or competitive), learn to play an instrument, amateur radio, (see ARRL.org for information), etc.
